One address. It reaches the person who wrote the thing, not a queue.

This page is for fixing something that has gone wrong. If you are still deciding, the questions page covers what you get, what it costs, whether it fits your trade, who may use it and what happens to your data.
Say what you bought and what happened. If a file misbehaved, say which file and what you did just before. Screenshots help and are never required.
This answers from the written documents: the kits, the books, Anchored, the free tools and the consulting, and how to set any of them up. It says so plainly when it does not have an answer, and then you get the address above.
If you have already bought a kit, use the helper on your download page instead. That one has read the documents in your own box and will go through them with you file by file.
The same link is in your receipt email from Stripe and it works whenever you need the files again. It is not a one-time token and it does not expire.
Email programs cut long links in half. Try the one in the receipt, and paste the whole thing. If it still fails, write to us with the date and the last four digits of the card and we will send the files by hand, usually within the hour.
That means Stripe told us the checkout was not completed. If you believe it was, send us the date and the last four digits and we will look. You are not charged twice for anything in any scenario described on this page.
Tell us which program. Every workbook ships already calculated, which is what Google Sheets requires, and it is tested on import. If it happens in Excel we especially want to know, because nothing in this line has yet been opened in Excel and you would be the first to find it.
Send the tab, the cell and what you expected. A wrong number in one of these files is a defect, not a misunderstanding, and it gets treated as one.
Try the column headings from the read-me tab of the matching spreadsheet. Every tool tells you what it needs and refuses politely rather than guessing. If it refuses something it should have accepted, send the first three lines of what you pasted, with the customer names changed.
Send it. Contradictions between files matter more than typos and get fixed first.
Including that you read it and did not like it. Write to us with the date and the last four digits of the card. No form, no questions about why, and no requirement to delete the files first, because asking somebody to prove they deleted something is theatre.
Write anyway and say what happened. If a file did not do what the page said it would, the date is not the point.
We want a defect more than you want to report it. A wrong number in one of these files is worse than a missing feature, because somebody makes a decision on it. Every defect anyone has found so far is fixed, and the corrected edition goes to everybody who bought the old one.
You get told what it was and whether it affected anything you relied on. If it did, you get told what to re-check. If we cannot reproduce it we say so rather than closing it quietly.
If a kit or a book gets a corrected edition, it is free to everybody who already bought it. Write from the address you paid with and it is sent back. There is no upgrade price and there is no version you have to pay to stay current on, because a correction is not a new product.
A kit is licensed to one business. If you run several, or you want copies for a franchise group or a trade association, write to us. There is a price for that and it is not much.
If you want the whole line rather than one kit, The Complete Standard is that.
We cannot tell you what to charge, we cannot look at your books for you, and nothing here is legal, tax or accounting advice. If you want somebody to come and build the thing in your business rather than hand you the files, that is a different conversation and it is a real one.
Most questions are already answered on the questions page. This page is for when something is actually wrong.
