Refunds

Thirty days, any reason.

Including that you read it and did not like it. This page says the same thing the support page says, in the place a person looks for it before buying rather than after.

Last updated 26 September 2026. Company Framework is operated by JD Davenport in Michigan, United States. Questions about anything on this page go to support@companyframework.com, which is read by a person.

Thirty days, any reason

Every kit, every book and The Complete Standard can be refunded in full within thirty days of purchase, for any reason at all. That includes reading the whole thing and deciding it was not for you.

Write to support@companyframework.com with the date you bought it and the last four digits of the card. There is no form and no question about why. You are not asked to delete the files first, because asking somebody to prove they deleted something is theatre.

After thirty days

Write anyway and say what happened. If a file did not do what the page said it would, the date is not the point.

If you found a defect

A wrong number in one of these files is worse than a missing feature, because somebody makes a decision on it. Report it and you get told what it was and whether it affected anything you relied on. If it cannot be reproduced you get told that rather than having it closed quietly. The support page lists what counts as a defect.

Corrected editions cost nothing

If a kit or a book gets a corrected edition it goes free to everybody who already bought it. Write from the address you paid with and it is sent back. There is no upgrade price and no version you have to pay to stay current on, because a correction is not a new product.

How the money comes back

Refunds go back to the card that paid, through Stripe, who handle every payment on this site. How long your bank takes to show it is between you and your bank.

What a refund does not cover

Consulting work that has already been done is not refundable, because it is hours rather than a file. That is agreed in writing before any of it starts. Nothing on this page changes your rights under the law where you live.
