This is the license for the kits and The Complete Standard, the same text that ships inside each one as LICENSE AND DISCLAIMER.txt, so you can read it before you pay rather than after. The books are licensed differently and have their own section at the end.

One license, for use inside one business. Buy it once and own it. Nothing expires, nothing phones home, and nothing stops working if you never speak to us again.
Use every file in your own company, on any number of your own jobs, for as long as you like.
Edit the documents, fill them in, put your own name and branding on them, and issue them to your own employees. The filled-in versions are yours to publish inside your business.
Host the browser tools on your own domain, for your own people, for as long as you like.
Keep using everything you built from a kit if you later stop doing business with us.
Resell, republish, redistribute or give away the files, edited or not, in whole or in part.
Post them anywhere the public or another company can reach them.
Share a kit with another company, including one you also own, without a license for that company.
Hand one of the four kits on to somebody else because you bought The Complete Standard. Owning the set does not make the parts transferable.
Use the contents to build a competing product, template library, course or coaching program for sale.
Using this with clients needs a separate license. Ask. It exists and it is not expensive.
A kit is licensed to one business. If you run several, or you want copies for a franchise group or a trade association, write and ask. There is a price for that and it is not much.
The license is granted to the person or company named on the order. It is not transferable without written agreement.
Banked, Charted, Surfaced, Landed and Helmed are single web pages. Their source is readable because that is what makes them inspectable, portable and permanent. Readable is not the same as unlicensed. The terms above apply to them exactly as they apply to the documents.

The Audit and The Field Guide are books, and they are licensed the way books are rather than the way the kits are. The text that ships with them governs. In short:
You may read them on every device you own, print them as many times as you like for yourself, quote them with attribution, use every method in them in your own business with no royalty and nothing to declare, and hand a printed copy to somebody who works for you.
You may not post the file where other people can reach it, sell or bundle it, strip the copyright page out of it, or train a model on it or feed it to a service that does.
A new edition is free to anybody who already bought the old one. Write from the address you bought with.
A corrected edition is free to everybody who already bought the old one. See refunds and corrections.
